The eSENSE Retail management team was referred to Brian Cork having invested approximately $800,000 into the development of their proprietary platform, and were considering the best marketing approach and efforts to raise additional capital.


eSENSE Retail was established in 2008 by a team of retail category management experts with decades of experience working with manufacturers that distribute retail management tools, products and services to the retailing community. Recognizing a competitive advantage in combining expertise of the retail environment with cutting edge technology we created the eSENSE Retail solution. The eSENSE Retail solution in a web based retail management application that integrates retail data points from retailers into customized dashboards that enable role based users visibility to on-demand analytics. The eSENSE Retail solution’s laser focused dashboards enable our clients visibility to Key Performance Indicators or KPI’s that count to drive ROI and total cost out within their respective business models.

The market is wide open with 25,000 companies to target that manufacture and distribute their products and services to major retailers. The business intelligence and analytics market for the retail channel has annualized revenue of approximately $750M. This market has grown on average 20% over the past three years and is forecasted to grow at a minimum of 20% over the next several years.  Assuming a 20% growth rate and revenue per client of $36K, the addressable market for eSENSE Retail will be $1.5B by the end of 2014. This should provide eSENSE Retail $10.8M in forecasted gross revenue and a projected net income of $6.3M. At that level eSENSE Retail is projected to capture .8% of that market.  With less than one percent market share, the future is extremely bright for eSENSE Retail.
