InterScape, Inc.STATUS: Not AcceleratedIn a fairly typical scenario, Brian Patrick Cork was introduced to
InterScape, Inc.'s Founder and CEO
Matthew Francis by several different business leaders across Atlanta.
Francis approached Cork requesting business coaching with the hopes of turning the company around during one of the countries worst economic recessions.
Cork worked with Francis to clarify his original vision around technology solutions that automates tactical marketing to include email, print, text, voice and social media marketing giving customers the complete platform to integrate leads and orders into a better prepared sales team. The result is KNOVIAL - a platform guaranteed to transform any business by Attracting, Converting, and Nurturing customers.
Cork
Coached Francis and introduced InterScape to a wide-range of professionals, investors and thought leaders throughout the North American business community. This resulted in the development of a Quick FACT Sheet™ that established credibility based on market definition, product development, financial modeling, an accelerated new business development trajectory, and a clear path to a Return on Investment (ROI) for customers, and investors, alike. Additional efforts included the development of a Strategic Plan and Market Messaging, and the introduction to new customers that are brian cork clients.
With a stable and emerging tactical plan and process based on clearly defined milestones and related objectives, InterScape had quickly caught the attention of several established companies that agreed to come under Channel and Distribute KNOVIAL and other InterScape products to their existing clients and customers. InterScape was now expected to become profitable and likely promised a significant growth trajectory that would have rewarded both investors and strategic partners. brian cork introduced Interscape to
DynaSis, a well known Atlanta-based managed services company prepared to serve as Interscape's first channel partner. The expectation was for this initiative to prove the company's model as it ramped-up new customers under an aggressive marketing and sales effort. In addition, brian cork brought an iconic Atlanta family in to make a significant investment in InterScape.
Unfortunately, on the eve of funding, the company's founder failed critical due diligence standards and Quality Control and Assurance came under question. In addition, what is now current management made an ill-advised attempt to renegotiate it's agreement with DynaSis. As a result, Interscape is no longer under Acceleration.
Interscape, Inc. continues operations. It is the belief of brian cork that the company still has potential if it can improve customer service, and be managed by inspired and prudent leadership.
