Dispersive Networks, Inc.
STATUS: Accelerating
Brian Patrick Cork first met Dispersive Technologies, Inc.'s Founder and CEO
Bob Twitchell while Cork was coaching Twitchell's daughter in soccer (
www.shockers.wordpress.com).
Twitchell approached Cork requesting executive coaching which quickly led to the formulation of
Dispersive Networks, Inc. ("DNI"). Twitchell holds over twenty granted patents and over thirty pending patents in wireless, GPS, networking and location technology, and a track record of success with two startups that include Atlanta-based
TeraHops Network, Inc.Cork worked with Twitchell to clarify his original vision around technology solutions developing applications that are focused on people and businesses that want to easily leverage network technology the way they want - with whom they want - over the Internet.
Cork continues to
Coach Twitchell and introduce DNI to a wide-range of professionals, investors and thought leaders throughout the North American business community. This has resulted in the development of a Quick FACT Sheet™ that established credibility based on market definition, product development, financial modeling and a clear path to a Return on Investment (ROI).
With a stable and emerging tactical plan and process based on clearly defined milestones related objectives, DNI has secured over $900,000 from
Data Analytics & Technologies, Inc (DA&T), a "Smart Money" strategic partner from Northern, Virginia that wants DNI technology available for it's government and Department of Defense (DoD) contract work.
NOTE: Brian Cork also coaches DA&T's Founder and CTO
Tony Marra as they prepare the company for additional government contacts and a strong sustained program of growth. In addition, brian cork Human Capital™ is currently recruiting a Chief Financial Officer and Security Manager for DA&T. This is a terrific example of the "brian cork Ecosystem".
In August of 2009, DNI made history when Twitchell and his hardy and ferocious crew of engineers successfully sent a large file from one unique IP address to another off server using the patented SharZing application, thus establishing a new standard for security.
DNI is currently Beta-Testing its Mac version of SharZing - a new way for family, friends and co-workers to share video, pictures and files without having to worry about file size or security issues. SharZing is expected to be available at the Apple App Store some time in the 4th Qtr of 2010. DNI is also anticipating additional Department of Defense contracts under DA&T, with a start date of 4th Qtr 2010.
brian cork Human Capital™ is currently recruiting a variety of development engineers for DNI.
