The primary objective of the Accelerator is for brian cork to leverage his network of Investors, Professionals, and Strategic Partners, to enable select startup technology and other companies that need people, capital and new business-attain self-sufficiency within eighteen months.

A typical scenario includes guiding startup leadership through corporate formation, vision development, capital formation, product development, human capital development, beta-testing, and new customer development (warm introductions).

Specific elements must be in place within a company so as to assure potential investors that their investment is not only going to a company that has a good product/idea, but an organization that has quality leadership and a structure in place that will facilitate the growth of the company as it matures. It will also assist in refining the sales/marketing approach. This is often accomplish through and with the assistance of existing clients, and partners associated with brian cork, himself.
Second Round of Capital Formation
Once the product/service has been vetted further through a series of beta tests, and the results are encouraging, a second round of capital funding is then introduced for the broader market.
